Privacy policy

ASMA&CO takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect on pilotis.me, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with Côte d'Ivoire Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data and in line with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

Demo request form: first name, last name, job title, organisation, work email, phone, country, type of organisation, headcount, number of entities, preferred option, message, and the date and record of your consent.

Download forms (guide, technical sheet): first name, last name, work email, organisation, consent.

Technical data: source page and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) when you arrive from a campaign link, and server logs (IP address, date, page requested), kept for website security.

We do not collect any sensitive data and do not carry out any profiling.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to your request (demo, quote, sending a document) and the related sales follow-up: based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Measuring the effectiveness of our communication campaigns (campaign parameters): based on ASMA&CO's legitimate interest.

Keeping the website secure and preventing abusive submissions: based on ASMA&CO's legitimate interest.

Retention periods

Unprocessed requests: if no sales action is taken, your request is deleted automatically 7 days after it was sent.

Prospects in an ongoing business relationship: your data is kept for as long as we are in contact, then deleted automatically 12 months after the last contact. The same rule applies if the project does not go ahead.

Download links for the guide and technical sheet expire 7 days after they are sent.

Technical and security logs are kept for a limited period and do not contain the content of your requests.

Recipients and processors

Your data is used only by the ASMA&CO staff responsible for handling your request. It is never sold or rented.

ASMA&CO uses technical providers acting on its behalf: Heroku (Salesforce, Inc.) for website hosting and Google (Google Workspace) for sending emails. These providers are located in the United States; the related transfers are covered by contractual safeguards and carried out in compliance with the formalities required by Law No. 2013-450.

Cookies and analytics

The website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (session and form security). It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

If audience measurement is enabled, it relies on a cookie-free tool that collects no identifying personal data. Your choice to hide the WhatsApp button is stored only in your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@pilotis.me with your request; we reply within one month at most.

If you ask for your data to be deleted or object to its processing, it is permanently erased from our prospect database; only a technical record of the operation, with no personal data, is kept.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact the Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI), the national data protection authority.

Security

Traffic with the website is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to prospect data is restricted to an administrator account protected by two-factor authentication, and every deletion is logged.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or website changes. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
