Do we have to choose between cloud and on-premise up front?
No. The features are the same; the choice depends on your hosting requirements. We discuss it during the demo, and you can still migrate later.
Can we bring in our current Excel files?
Yes. The guided import reads your existing files, flags errors line by line and calculates a data quality score before anything is validated.
Does Pilotis handle several subsidiaries, countries and currencies?
Yes. Each entity works in its own currency (XOF, XAF, EUR, USD…) and Pilotis consolidates at group level, with access rights per subsidiary.
How long does it take to get started?
It depends on the number of entities and the state of your data. Onboarding covers scoping, import, configuration and user training; the timeline is agreed together at the scoping stage.
Where is our data hosted?
In the cloud version, on secure infrastructure with data isolated per customer. On-premise, on your own servers: your data never leaves your organisation.
