Commitment, maintenance, reversibility
How long is the commitment?
The cloud subscription is annual and renewable. On-premise, you acquire the licence and the maintenance contract is annual.
What does maintenance cover?
User support, bug fixes and new releases. In the cloud version, hosting, monitoring and backups are also included.
How are updates delivered?
In the cloud, they are applied automatically with no planned downtime during business hours. On-premise, they come with an installation procedure and our team can assist.
Can we get our data back?
Yes, at any time. A full export of your data is available in standard formats, and reversibility is written into the contract.
How long does a rollout take?
It depends on the number of entities, the volume of data to bring in and the modules chosen. The timeline is set during scoping and included in the proposal.
